How Tap On Location Works:
1. Sign Up for the City of Your Choice
Click the Sign Me Up! button, select the event you'd like to join and choose your package.
2. Learn Choreo & Collaborate
Before the event starts, learn the choreo & join a few group video calls to collaborate and get to know the other dancers.
3. Travel to Your Selected City
Over 4 days, you'll learn, rehearse, film, explore the city, make friends and see the finished tap video together.

These sessions are a unique opportunity to expand your skills, get inspired, and experience new approaches to tap that you can bring into your own dancing.
New Bonus Video Shoot:
Dance with Meghan
Dance with a small group of dancers and Meghan in this extra tap video shoot. This will be a shorter, more energetic shoot where you’ll get to be in pretty much every shot! You’ll receive additional choreography & have an online rehearsal with Meghan before the event.
New Experiences!
How to Look Great on Camera Workshop*
Join Meghan & Anthea Young for this pre-event workshop. Learn how to best present yourself when dancing on-camera. Get tips & tricks to present confidently on film, plus questions to ask yourself for getting the best result. Anthea will also share a peak behind the curtain of casting, auditioning, & booking professional gigs from her extensive experience.
Full Photo Shoot**
We’ve done headshots in previous years of TOL. This year, we’re having a dedicated, full-on photoshoot just for Executives (plus those who purchase the add-on). Get direction on style & clothing choices. Walk away with 50 + professional photos of yourself. This experience includes the sitting fee, and full gallery download of your shoot.

You’ll get a bonus piece of group choreography that’s more difficult to go along with your standard group choreo. Be a part of a special scene in the short film alongside a small group of dancers.

A Note from Meghan:
Why Tap on Location?
I started tap dancing at just five years old. That makes it 30+ years for me now!
Like most of you, I danced in all styles, trained hard with my studio, and eventually learned how to succeed at competitions and conventions.
However, when I moved to Los Angeles straight out of high school, I learned that life on the competition stage didn’t prepare me for the professional dance world as much as I’d hoped.
I created Tap on Location to give young dancers a taste of the what the professional experience holds and to help you confidently transition into a successful career—no matter what path you choose.
